•  Photo ID
•  Proof of Liability Insurance of at least $300,000 (Condominiums and Homes)
•  $400 Non-Refundable (Condominiums and Homes) $200 (RV Lots) Annual Enrollment Fee 
    Payable to Alabama Coastal Properties, Inc. 
•  City Business License
•  Signed W9
•  Signed Rental Agreement
